Fitkov-Norris Design Limited
was set up by Jonathan Norris, who qualified as an architect in 2001, after previously working in the timber trade and studying Philosophy and Psychology at Oxford University. He has over 25 years experience of problem solving for houses and listed buildings, both large and small.
Having trained at the Prince of Wales' Institute of Architecture, which specialised in traditional design and forms of building, Jonathan has gone on to work on numerous listed buildings, including more than a dozen grade I and II* houses and over twenty grade II buildings.
He has also worked on the design of a number of new country houses and the enlargement of several more.
Jonathan has worked extensively in the field of retirement housing , designing more than a hundred different houses and apartments specifically for the elderly.
In addition, he has undertaken a large number of smaller commissions typically involving side and rear extensions and loft conversions.
