The project involved a top to bottom refurbishment including a new open plan kitchen, loft conversion and rear extension in an Article 4 Conservation Area

Side extension & new mansard - Kensington

Changes to a substantial house in a conservation area including a new side extension to provide a downstairs WC, new staircase and enlargement of the existing attic

New/rebuilt house - Mill Hill

The brief involved more than doubling the size of an existing house.  Although a few parts of the front wall and first floor remained, it was essentially a new house.

Side & rear extensions - Chiswick

A pair of neighbouring properties were extended simultaneously with one/two-storey extensions to the side and rear following a joint planning application.
